Resonance
Memory consolidation and communication layer for continuous awareness.
Summary
Resonance began with the first harness structure I built.
I’d intended a long-running assistant/tutor instance for my bio work, and wanted the agent to have a good running model of my own progress - what I’d mastered, what I was struggling with, what new developments in the field I should be aware of, and so forth.
Looking for a good way of compressing conversational memories, I naturally I fell on biological analogues, and soon landed on human dreaming as a memory consolidation technique - inadvertently jumping a bit ahead of Anthropic’s own work.
My own R&D has since gone off in another direction, looking for the best way to share those compressed memories across instances into a shared state.
To be quite honest, so far the results are mixed. To paraphrase the old saw, what’s novel isn’t that interesting, and what was interesting has turned out to be not that novel.
Resonace is temporarily shelved, but I do think there’s still some solid engineering in the underlying fail-tolerant, memory compressing harness worth returning to.

Instrument feed decommissioned while the array is built.
The renderer and the snapshot contract are intact and flag-gated; the page returns to live readings when the hardware does.

Snapshot contract ratified.
One derived document, per-channel honesty about live, pending, or stale.
